Ok, I bought a hot tub. 6 seater, pretty large and heavy. My back deck is 3 stories above the ground with no stairs leading to the backyard (the only way to the deck is through the house). There is a glass sliding door to the deck.
My garage doesn't appear to have enough ventilation for the tub, and I'd rather it be on the deck anyways.
What options do I have logistically to get the heavy sucker to the back deck?
Be creative. Any and all ideas are welcome. I'm at a $5,000 impass...

Actually, the deck HAS been reinforced.
Yes, I should've thought more creatively prior to the purchase.
Maybe the pulley idea... Wow, what a mess.
