Well its difficult to say how to fix it without identifying the cause... Have you been taking any new medications or even over the counter meds? Many medications that are designed to dry your sinus cavity can also cause vaginal driness. Do you have any symptoms of a yeast infection? Does it itch or burn? Do you only notice the driness during sex or is it an all day thing? A few things I would advise... Makr sure you are keeping your body hydrated by drinking your 8 glasses of water daily. Avoid taking really hot baths in a tub or getting in a hot tub. The hot water can irritate your genitals. Seek treatment for a yeast infection if that's a posibilty. Purchase some good lube to assist with the situation for am immediate fix. I recommend ky silk. Its not too greasy and messy. Be sure you avoid anything "flavored" as they usually contain sugar and this provides food for yeast and other bad bacteria. One last thing...
