How can I fix my spa?

I have a Vita Spa hot tub. The power recently turned off, I reset the breaker, the spa turned back on but the Selection control panel ceased working. Keep in mind that we are getting electricity to the tub and the heaters are working and the filter symbol is showing up--as working. The tub cycles as usual 2 times per day. The spa control panel is not locked. The buttons on this selctron control panel will not allow me to change the temperature, the day, the time or turn on the jets---although it is cycling, heating and running. I've just got no control over setting the time, running the pumps, changing the temps. The control panel still displays the water temperature. It also shows the filter running.
When it goes through the cycle 2X per day--it does not display anything but the temperature. Sometimes i can get it to display the time--but can not change the time.

I've got the manual and tried all the locking and unlocking tips--so that doesn't appear to be the issue. Any other ideas before we have to call for service?

Sounds to me like you need to go ahead and call for service. it may just be a reset inside the unit of display that you have. Call for service would be best for you I think.

Vita Spa Hot Tub Heating Problem?

I have a Vita Spa Vintage hot tub and its not heating. I did a resistance check on the element and got .17 ohms of resistance. Also checked the pressure switch, when not engaged theres no resistance, when engaged I got resistance. Im not sure what else it could be. Any help would be appreciated. Is there such thing as to much resistance?

How to change the color of Vita Spa L500 series lights?

I currently own a Vita Spa L500 series hot tub, at one point, I pressed a button that made the lights cycle through different colors, then it stopped on pink. I don't know what I pressed, or how to make it change colors again, if anyone could help me, please do. :-)

there should be a button on your topside control panel that has a light on it. that is the one you should be pressing to turn the lights on and off and to cycle through the light pattern.
you can find the replacement parts for the Vita Spas @ http://www.uspartscenter.com
they have access to all the parts that Vita Spas used before they went out of business.
