I don't know what your budget is, but the following hotels in NYC offer in-room spa tubs/jacuzzis:

The Avalon Hotel - 16 E 32nd Street - 888.222.8859 - Executive Suites have spa tubs

Inn New York City - 266 West 71st St. -

Stay the Night - 18 East 93rd Street - 212.722.8300

WJ Hotel - 318 W. 51st St - 212.246.7550 - King rooms have jacuzzi tubs.

These are all likely to be quite expensive. You might do better by getting over to New Jersey or out to Long Island for the weekend.

Me and my boyfriend are trying to look for a hotel (preferably cheap, but I know its impossible in NY), that has a jacuzzi/hot tub, maybe even a fireplace or waterbed. And I don't mean the hot tubs in the bathroom. One that has them outside the bathroom.

Waterbeds tend to require "special" insurance so some high-rise hotel may not have them or just a few near ground floors.
You may get lucky with Inns, B&B and lodges.
