I have an in-ground pool with an attached spa (hot tub), with a waterfall feature. The problem is, with the waterfall constantly pouring into the pool, we are inadvertently heating the pool. So how can I heat my spa without heating the pool? I'm gonna waste a lot of money heating the pool when I don't really want to.

Answer
You will nave to divert the waterfall to a catch basin and then recirculate into hot tub. Sounds like your wasting a lot of water too.

how do i drain my royal spas knight hot tub?

i have a royal spas hot tub(knight edition) and i had it drained but there's still some water left in there. The problem is i cant find where it drains. Any ideas?

Answer
You will find a drain spigot behind the cabinet underneath the main controls. Most hot tubs do not come with the bottom drain recessed into the spa's floor so they do not fully drain. I use a shop vac to first blow the lines out and get the water inside the jet lines and then I put it on suction and suck out the rest of the old water..
