I really want to watch Hot Tub Time Machine. According to the reviews it's really good. But in my theatre it's rated 18+. I know that if someone 18+ comes with me, I can watch the movie, but I want to know if my mom or dad buy the tickets for me and my friend (we're 14) will we be able to get in? The only other thing we can do is buy a ticket for another movie, and go to HTTM instead.

It may all just depend on the theater. When my birthday came up, I invited two of my friends to the movies. My parents escorted us all there, but they wouldn't let us see the R rated movie because my parents weren't my friend's parents. Even if they were our guardians, they wouldn't give us tickets. Another theater wouldn't let me into an R rated movie when I was 20 because I did not have a license.
I got my mom to buy tickets for us, I went in and my mom went home.
I have seen six-year-olds in R rated movies with their parents. I think as long as you're with
a guardian, they'll usually let you in.

I want to book a romantic weekend for two. I have looked at various sites and read the reviews, but still haven't found an agency that I fell comfortable spending a lot of money with. I am terrified we will get there and it will be dirty, or no hot water (the hot tub feature is important!) Can anyone suggest a nice cabin or an agency that has excellent customer service?

When I was visiting Gatlinburg, I stopped in the Chamber of Commerce and asked them how people can pick a reliable cabin so they are not disappointed/disgusted. They advised choosing someone who belongs to the chamber because they are interested in providing good business practices. Check out their membership list at www.gatlinburg.com.
