We hired this guy for $2000.00 to remodel our bathroom... He took the floor, sink and tub out... He was to install a pedestal sink, shower and toilet , lay the linoleum on new floor... throw away old debris and hang the walls.. well he laid the floor and linoleum.. he with my husband helping him they put the shower in.. he put my toilet 2 inches into my shower... He broke my shower faucet and messed my new sink up... we had to hire a new guy to fix what this guy did... he didn't tighten my lines up under the house and we had a leak the whole house on the end of the bathroom was vibrating and the new guy had to come back at 9:30 pm to fix it under the house... The new plumber had to fix my shower, sink , toilet and lines...he never finished the walls my husband and son n law did that... He set my old toilet in a bedroom and never took it out... he was suppose to haul off all of the debris my husband did that My husband put the shower doors on. after installing the shower faucet we didn't have hot water so he took the thermostat out of our new water heater and put an old one in.. It wasn't the water heater it was the way he installed the shower faucets.. the new plumber put in the new shower faucet that this guy had messed up and we had hot water... My husband made him put our thermostat back in our water heater and ran him off.. the job he said was suppose to take 3 days max and it was 6 days... So my question is what do I pay him?

Could I be showing symptoms of a heart attack?

John

Hello I am wondering if you can tell me if this is serious or not. I am a 17year old male and I occasionally get high blood pressure feeling in my heart. I go to the gym and I take it seriously, I dont do cardio I only like to build muscle.
One time, I didn't have any protein shakes for after my work out so I decided to eat 100grams of cheese, I drank a lot of milk then later on in that day I eat a full cheese pizza to myself (I did this because dairy products like that have a lot of protein in them)... the next day I woke up with a nose bleed in my left nostril, not too much blood but there was a splatter of it on my pillow.
Since then, each time I drink milk (even small amounts) or eat pizza it usually takes about 30 mins for me to notice that my blood pressure increases. It seems that ever since that day, my heart is now more sensitive.
I am in shape, not overweight... i'm around 10-12% body fat and im 75kg.

Although I sometimes get high blood pressure, I still have super energy at the gym and I am not one bit lazy.

Also if this helps, one time I woke up sweating for some reason, but this happend before. I am not sure if its related to my heart or I was just hot under the covers.

If you can help, please do thanks.

Answer
The reason why your having nose bleeds is most likely because of the dry winter air even if the temp is 60 the air is dry. Try turns on a humidifier or boil water on the stove for a couple hours a night or leave water in the tub all of these things will increase the level of water in the air and the higher the humidity the less likely the air will take moisture from your nose which is why your bleeding there. If you do have high blood pressure then you should only have 2000mg of salt per day and no more than 400 at any one time. Which means throw your salt shaker into the trash and you can't eat out. One chicken sandwich from a restaurant will have 1200 or more mg of salt. If your drinking whole milk and whole cheese you are taking in way to much salt and that is the reason your blood pressure is so high. Pay attention to your salt intake remember 2000 mg per day.
