Help with a cal spa hot tub?

Q. I recently moved, and in the backyard there is a cal spa hot tub, but I cannot seem to find the model name. I found some other markings that maybe you can help me with (don't tell me to google it, I've spent all day looking)"cal spa s dup 99" a serial # on the outside, which is "8915" and a serial # inside a screw-off panel to get to the main circuit "52199-0120010728005." Thanks in advance.

You really don't need the model and serial number unless you trying to order parts from the manufacturer, and then again you really don't need that because each part should have its own individual number. Any good spa tech should know how to locate parts for you. Or you couls always call Cal Spas themselves and see if those numbers mean anything to them.
