Hot tub at backyard.?

Q. Hi I'm 11 and I live in Canada. The average weather is 2 and it's kind of windy. I have moved to a new house where I have a pool and hot tube at the backyard. I haven't tried it out yet and I'm wanting to know does the hot tub work in cold weathers. Also what would happen if I'm in the hot tub and jumps in a pile of snow for 5 seconds?

there is a pump your turn on the water in the tub should bubble from the jets there should be another control for the temp.

Most hot tubs hove a connection for a drain hose like the kind used for swimming pools. most hot tubs i have wired sit right next to the house.
