top hot tub brands image
Q. I am getting darkish pink and blue streaks in my hair but last time I did it they faded really fast. I have light blonde hair so the blue stayed in a while but it faded and looked kinda green. Is there a good brand of hair dye that will last longer?
Answer
The same thing happened to me when I used blue stargazer dye XD It went greeney grey in like 1 wash.
I'm told manic panic is good, use the amplified range for longer lasting colour. The good thing about manic panic is you can reseal the tubs they use so you can keep some for a top up of your colour without buying a whole new box.
A tip for keeping your colour lasting long though; always wash your hair with cool or lukewarm water. Cold works best but that's just uncomfortable. Either way, don't wash your hair with hot water. I tried this (when I had pink!) and my hair didn't show any sign of fading until about a month after I had it done.
Make sure to use a shampoo for coloured hair, too.

How can I keep my swimsuit from wearing out??

Jenni
I only have a one piece and i use it in training 4 competitive swimming, but i can only wear it like a couple times and the place near the butt starts 2 wear out! It's a speedo brand so it should last a long time right??? Y does it like do that? It gets like a white fuzz thing that comes out and it gets clearer and clearer until u can c right thro it!!!! How can i fix that?
Answer
I used to own a health spa
the thing to remember is to rinse it
After swimming in the hot tub or pool rinse the suit as soon as possible in fresh water. When you get home, rinse with a swimsuit cleaner.
. Try to avoid the contact of tanning lotion and oils on the swimsuit. Certain lotions can stain the fabric and some can affect the elastic in the suit. Again, after use rinse in fresh water and then swimwear cleaner.
When drying your swimsuit, do not lay it on towels or other absorbent materials, it is always better to dry by hanging. it up after every wearing, You do not have to wash it after everyone.. in fact is is better if you do not.
Washing machine or dryer - washing machines and detergents are much too harsh on swimwear and will lead to premature suit breakdown. The excessive heat of a dryer will destroy your swimsuit.
Leave in gym bag - moisture and darkness are the most common way to bread bacteria.
I have known people to wear regular underwear under their suit when it started to get that wearing out. thisway if it ripped they werent flashing -LOL
another thing is to buy 2 of the same, because you can alternate -giving it a day or 2 out of the water but always having the same suit. and if one wears thn you can wearit on top instead of shorts- which are heavy and weigh you down.
I allowed light colored Shorts and t-shirts ONLY, because darker colors were harder on the ph of the pool
was harder on my water and chmicals for the pool
SO RINSING IS THE KEY AND THERE IS THIS solution you can use - called MALIBU C
I PROVIDED IT FOR MY CUSTOMERS TO USE IF THEY WANTED TO: A LITTLE BIT GOES A LONGGGGGG WAY!
Malibu-C about 7.50/bottle
Swim and Sport Swim Wear Crystals clean and deodorize fabrics. Fabrics will maintain colors and elasticity, prolonging the life of swim wear and active wear.
Prevents damage to synthetics, such as lycra and nylon, caused by oxidizers and minerals. Removes active oxidizers including chlorine and bromide found in pools, spas, and tap water. Also removes perspiration salts which can cause damage to swim wear and active wear.
3 oz. jar.
