hot control system basic question?

have a hot tub arizona spa. it says -3 on the digital pad dose anyone1 know why or any info about hot tubs would be very helpfull it blinks back and forth from the temp and this -3 and i really dont know why any help thank you

You need to get in contact with the manufacture of the tub. It might be as simple as a reset. They will know for sure.

I cleaned the hot tub out with what I thought was a little dish soap on the rag.. the hot tub is now full of suds and I have had it running all day and all day I have been taking out manually all the suds I can plus I put apple cider vinegar in it(I have no white vinegar). What steps should I take next? I cant have it drained as this is not my house.

you never use a sudsy material to wash a tub as it will come back to bite you in the ass. a wet microfibre cloth or clear scrub pad would have been your best bet. However your problem is easy to solve.

1.) Go to anyone who sells pool/spa chemicals.
2.) buy a lil 500ml bottle of defoamer might cost you around 10 bucks
3.) spray it into the tub and watch it all disappear as it makes contact with the defoamer.

Next time nothing sudsy to clean the tub as it gets enough suds from the detergent in the bathing suits people for some inexplicable reason wash after getting out of the tub. The vinegar shouldnt cause any long term problems i can think of
