I don't know what your budget is, but the following hotels in NYC offer in-room spa tubs/jacuzzis:

Stay the Night - 18 East 93rd Street - 212.722.8300
WJ Hotel - 318 W. 51st St - 212.246.7550 - King rooms have jacuzzi tubs.
These are all likely to be quite expensive. You might do better by getting over to New Jersey or out to Long Island for the weekend.

the polynesian does not have a hot tub by the pool. if you stay there you can use the hot tub at the grand floridian spa. all the other deluxes and all the moderates have hot tubs by the pool. the value resorts do not
