The Mariott on Michigan Ave. has hot tubs/jacuzzis in the room (http://www.marriott.com/hotels/hotel-rooms/chisr-renaissance-chicago-hotel/), and I believe the Swisshotel has rooms with a hot tub/jacuzzi (http://www.swissotelchicago.com/accommodations/). The Hyatt Regency near McCormick Place MIGHT have hot tubs IN the room, but I'm not sure (http://www.travelpost.com/hotels/Hyatt_Regency_McCormick_Place_Chicago/h25382), although if you're planning to check in there soon, it'll be crowded with all of the Auto Show folks.
