The Tubbery is a place that has large hot tubs/jacuzzis for rent by the hour. It's listed online, but when I tried calling the phone listing, it's not there. Like it closed.
Answer
Yes, and it took me all of 5 seconds to search Tubbery Lincoln, NE.

Of course, you just wanted an ad on Yahoo and you got one.

I need to find a nice hotel suite with a whirlpool or hot tub in the room. Can you help?
Q. I need this suite to be in either Lincoln or Omaha, NE.
Answer
Downtown Omaha Embassy Suites. From there you have easy access to restaurants, pubs and a small grocery store - all within walking distance. It is also within walking distance to the Qwest Center Arena.
The interstate, which will connect you to North, South and much of West Omaha is only a few blocks away. The same interstate will get you to Lincoln in about an hour.
Downtown Omaha is easily navigable by car - named streets run East & West, numbered streets run North & South.
It's not usually cheap, but perhaps you can find a good deal. I personally think while there are many hotels in the area, the pickins are slim when it comes to quality. Having said that, I think most of the downtown locations (many of them are brand new) would be a safe bet.
The Omaha Marriot in Regency may also be a safe bet, but again it's rather price. It is near lots of shopping (Pottery Barn, W&S, Westroads Mall, the interstate and restaurants (privately owned and chains such as PF Chang, Cheescake Factory, etc).
If you're trying to stay within a budget try Comfort Inn Omaha / West Dodge Road. I've never been in it, but it seems clean and is in a good location - easy access to all of the above.
I would also check out www.tripadvisor.com, look in particular at there hotel map:
