honestly, right now, everything is priced for the summer season so you're going to pay a bunch for water fronts w/o roaches.

Ok, here's my suggestion. Look at tripadvisor.com, they have the hotels ranked based on reviews. You can check out the websites of hotels you are interested in. I recommend Barclay Towers on the boardwalk at 9th Street and Atlantic Avenue. It is ranked 42 out of 121 VB hotels. It's an all suite hotel, all with balconies and all oceanfront. We own a timeshare week in this hotel and like it very much. We will be there in three more weeks. It has a nice indoor pool with a hot tub and exercise room. We used to have a steam room but they took it out when they did the big renovations a couple of years ago. I think we should be rated much higher, but that's life. Have a great time. I always do.
