Does anyone know of spas in the bay area san jose/peninsula area that has private hot tub rental by the hour?

I am from Santa Cruz, CA and we have the Tea House Spa and The Well Within Spa that both have private hot tub rentals by the hour. Are there any similar places in San Jose or up the peninsula in the bay area?

I'm planning a romantic vacation for two. Here are the requirements:
-it has to be in California, not too far from San Jose
-it must be private
-it has to be in a rental or secluded bed and breakfast (no hotels)
-it must be either near the beach or in the snow
-a hot tub/hot springs and/or fireplace would be delightful

I know it's a little specific, but this is the last chance we'll see each other for four years (or ever), and I want it to be perfect. I've been searching for months and I can't find anything, so any help or advice would be appreciated.

Not sure how far you're willing to go, but The Shore House at Lake Tahoe is one of my favorite spots (it's about 7 hours from San Jose)! It's very romantic, and the views are breathtaking! It has a great outdoor hot tub and every room that we've ever stayed in has had great amenities and charm. You also get your own private outdoor entrance which is really nice. If you go, make sure to book a couples massage...they are AMAZING!
