Answer
I wouldnt worry or lose sleep over this home...Offer whatever you like...Offer 20% of list if you like.. Its a dump(sorry) and have been on the Market for 2yrs what is the worst they can say to you, NO...So, you come back with another offer. They have been on the market for 2 years for a reason. You need to find out what that reason is. Are they/Were they priced too high, or is there a lot defect. This home has serious problems beyond what you are stating, There is a reason that the market has rejected that home and people have by pass this home. You can ask the neighbors, you can have your agent check the tax records. You can see if they are in default, etc. There are many reasons that they might not be happy to see your offer, but there are also many reasons why they might be ecstatic. The least you can do is try. If they say no, come back with another offer if you'd like. You're the buyer, you are in control here because of it being a dump(sorry) and been on the market for 2yrs. They are the seller, what they have to sell is what they have. They can either choose to work with you or not. But, if they choose not to work with you, they will be the ones left out. I wouldnt offer 15,000.00 or 16K as a previous person stated within his/her answers. Your max should be under that amount. I wouldnt let them sucker you anywhere near the list price
Hope that helps..Take Care

Has anyone had surgery/botox/fillers or anything like that done under your eyes?

c
I have really bad under eye wrinkles and i'm only 23! I compare myself to people 40+ and feel like mine are worse. I've tried the new l'oreal range, olay, estee lauder night cream, clinique laser renew (I was promised this would work.. LIES!) and also home remedies and things like bio oil.. the list is endless! I have tried each of these for at least a month with no change! So now instead of wasting more money I want to do something more permanent that I know will work.. has anyone had surgery/botox/ fillers or anything else which has worked? If so how much was it, who did you go with and pleease give me any more information?? I'm not ruling out surgery as I have already had a breast augmentation.
Thanks

Too much soaking in the sun, tub or pool are skin's worst enemies. Kim Kardashian had botox done! Google her. She said she won't ever have it again!
They cost an average of $600 - $1,000 every four to six months. If injections are too shallow, you can get bumps as well as a blue tint. The dermatologist will have to dissolve the filler with a second injection of hyaluronidase and start again.
1. Staying out of the sun. If you have gotten sunburned before you're 18, you'll have dark spots or brown spots, some get freckles and those will get darker and bumpier as you get older. It's best not to make them darker or bumpy, and staying out of the sun will prevent that. Just from the heat, can make anyone flaky. I use my wide brim hat everywhere I go, and while I'm inside a car as a rider, I use blanket over the window or sit where it's shady. Lotions does not protect you from sunburn, same with cancer and could permanently discolor your skin. Lotions does not protect you from skin diseases.
2. Don't go in a tanning bed. You'll aged 10-15 years faster.
3. Bathing or showering in hot water and too much chlorine can make you looking like 'dishpan hands'. Use warm water.
4. Use a washcloth when taking a shower. I use bath & body (Suave, Dove, Irish Spring, etc.) wash for body & face. No baths! The less you're in the water, the less you'll get wrinkles.
5. For oily skin, the less you fuss with your skin, the better. Keep your face oil-free & dry from dirt & perspiration. Blot it with a tissue or blotter, and keep them dry. Using powder foundation, blush & eyeshadow is best. Less is best, less product poisoning. Google Elizabeth Taylor when she's 16, then Google her when she's 79.
6. Servings of 3-5 fresh fruits & vegetables daily. Google: FIVE FOODS TO EAT FOR BEAUTIFUL SKIN
All the vitamins & minerals you need for good skin care comes from all the healthy foods you eat from Mother Nature, not made by man, those can do more harm than good.
7. For your hands, wear gloves winter, spring, fall, and wear gloves for every chores you do, so you don't have to wash them often. In the garden, office, kitchen. Thank God for those! Too bad they don't have ones for feet.

I have 5 decades of baby soft skin. I've avoided the sun since age 9, for several reasons, but no matter, I still got Discoid Lupus. How I got it, beats me, but it took 12 years for them to fade away.
