eco spa, looking for an ozonator, few questions???

my parents have an eco brand spa, i wanted to surprise them with an ozonator for x-mas. is there a certain 1 for certain hot tubs, or are they universal, is 1 brand better then another? i know the hot tub they have is already set up for an ozonator you just have to plug it in... any help would appreciated. thanks!

Yes make sure you get a CD ozonator. I prefer Balboa's gas plasma ozonator. It comes with the cord connected and the ability to be hooked up as 120v or 240v. You also need a "mazzeri injector" if the tub is not ozone ready. This little nifty piece of plastic magnifies the injection of ozone. Make sure they also create a couple of loops in the line from the ozonator to it, to help keep water from eventually working it's way back to the unit you buy, ruining it.

4 wire 240v 50 amp hot tub to 3 wire panel?

I have a 4 wire hot tub and when I checked the power panel I only see 3 different wires. What do I need and how do I connect it and is a separate junction box necessary.
