Within the last week whenever you are in our hot tub you can feel something gritty that almost feels like the edges are made of sandpaper but just underneath the water level. It does come off if you take a scrub brush and brush it but after you shut it off and put it back on circulating it all returns. Has anyone else ever had this happen? Do you know what it could be? We do have well water but we have had our hot tub almost 2 years and this is the first its ever happened. Any ideas???

Perhaps this a condition of the chemicals you are using or should be. Perhaps something going on with the filtering system. I think you should visit your hot tub vendor and ask some questions before you are faced with a major expense to rectify the problem.

My hot tub pipes are frozen what do I do?

I drained my hot tub 2 days ago and refilled it yesterday however I think that the pipes are frozen because when my hot tub heats up, the pump goes on but when the pump goes on it makes a weired noise and the jets don't work. What can I do to get it to work because it keeps shutting the breaker off so it can't heat the water up to unfreeze the pipes.

All of the previous answers are right on the money. However, be careful after you get them thawed and look for leaks as it is likely that a pipe is cracked as that is the real danger. Plus, if you don't get them thawed, you risk damaging the pump or the pump impeller.
Don't waste a minute as the more time you wait, the greater the chance of more damage.
Start at the pump end and work backwards towards the hot tub. Once you've got liquid water near the pump, turn the pump on as the water that is in the pump will then stay liquid and the moment there is enough thawed water in the pipe, the water will begin to flow. But, you MUST have liquid water in the impeller housing before you turn the motor on.
