Senior-friendly communities or towns in the San Francisco Area?

Can anyone recommend a good community, city or town between South of San Francisco towards San Jose?
Our criteria is:
- good shuttle system (to senior center and hospital)
- low crime
- low traffic
- excellent senior center

The person will most likely want to live in a townhome (no assisted living required).
One city that seems to match is Foster City...any others?

Check into Santa Clara, they have outreach for transportation,
low crime, city and neighborhood traffic is not bad, and a new senior center opened last Spring complete with a lap pool, therapy pool and hot tub..all free to Santa Clara residents. They own their own electricity co. so rates are kept down. Winter weather is about 58-68 degrees, summer is usually low to mid 80s..no humidity, no summer rain..most of us don't own a winter coat..and only use air conditioning about 10 days out of the year..

Bay Area hot tub rentals san jose, etc...?

Looking for Day Spa type places that have private hot tub rentals in the Bay Area.

I did a search to help you find what you're looking for, but the only hot tub rentals are included with vacation spots. Sorry.
