I am considering buying a house in my neighborhood. There are 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathroom, 3 car garage, pool, hot-tub, fountain. The property is about 1.5 acres. How much (estimate) do you think it will cost? Please be realistic. It is stucco and fairly large.
please do not say "a lot" or something like that
i have enough money, and if i didn't, dont worry about it.

You didnt say the square footage and also the quality and landscaping has alot to do with the price.
