i am a 20 year old male in pretty good shape. For the past 4 months i believe i have had a nose bleed basically every 4-5 days (give or take). Sometimes it happens at work (i do construction), also sometimes at home, happens when i am in the shower or sitting in a hot tub and even swimming in a lake. i live in calgary, alberta, canada. so basically all summer and now into fall i have been expirenceing this. Should i be worried? How can i stop it for good?

Answer
Perhaps you need citrus bioflavonoids to strengthen weak blood vessels.

Thinking about taking a trip to canada?

I am looking to go in the summer, 2 adults, 1 teen, 14, boy. I was not sure about where to go. I was not sure between Toronto, Niagara falls, Montreal, Winnipeg, Calgary, or Vancouver. Now, I don't carwash about flying or driving, and I live in pa, so Niagara, Toronto and Montreal would be ny closest options, I just want to know which one is Thebes to visit I the summer. Would like to do out door activities, and go back to a hotel and relax in a hot tub. If you could help, That would be great!!! Thx!!!

Answer
I would go to British Columbia.

Either Victoria or Vancouver. Maybe even split your time between the two.

Montreal is more of a European social sort of a city. Niagra is very touristy. Calgary is very nice, but not particularly exciting. Winnipeg I never got the chance to go to, so I cannot say: I'm excited to visit there myself. Toronto is a very large spread out city with nothing much to do outdoors-wise for about 3 hours away from the core.

Vancouver and Victoria however are very much in the middle of some of the most beautiful landscape around. I think you will also find that being smaller than most Large metropolitan cities makes them easier to get to know and easier to get around in. You can go visit mountains, hot springs, do some of the finest mountain biking in the world, visit waterfalls and pristine lakes, there are lots of relaxation type places and the general area has a friendlier (especially Victoria) and more comfortable atmosphere.

I honestly cannot think of a single thing to do in the city of Toronto that you cant do in Philidelphia or New York city, or Boston, or any other city in the world.

I have lived in Toronto for almost my whole life, but I have travelled a lot in Canada and spent extended periods of time in Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta.
