Shipping a hot tub from the US to the UK?

I am currently living in the states and am about to move back to the UK, I have always wanted a hot tub for my house in England, and looking at the prices they are very expensive, whilst over here in the states you can pick them up reasonably cheaply.

Does anyone know a method and approx cost in shipping a hot tub from the US to the UK?

Hi, We shipped a few tubs over to Europe in '04. It averaged $2500. We used an impoter who is no longer in business so I cannot give you the exact details anymore. The customers all said they saved almost 50% and got a better product even when they paid a tax in their home country.

It wil take a few days but I have someone working on it.
