Last time i went i stayed at the Disney World Boardwalk and i absolutly loved it as i was 12 years old. i am now 14 and we are going again and i want to know a good hotel to stay at. When i was 6 years old i stayed at the animal kingdom and i do not remember most of it.

I wanted to stay in a hotel i haven't stayed at yet, but if i can't find a good one i think i might stay at the boardwalk again.

Parents said budget isn't a problem so the hotel can be any price.
Thanks

You are definitely in for a treat. If there is one thing at Walt Disney World that I love and know about, it's the Wilderness Lodge, a Deluxe Resort located on Bay Lake and only a boat or bus ride from the Magic Kingdom. I even have the soundtrack of the lobby in my iPod! Trust me, I'm obsessed.

The first thing you see when you walk through the doors is the lobby. The lobby. These words play in my mind like a beautiful symphony. Given the fact that the gist of the building is made out of wood, it's good to know that none of the wood was actually taken from living trees. All the trees used were "standing dead". The lobby is where you can find some good eats, souvenirs, check-in and concierge desks, and theming that will simply take your breath away. In the back of the lobby, there is a bubbling brook that continues out of the lodge, down a beautiful waterfall, into the swimming pool, through a hot spring, and into Bay Lake. Wow, right?

The standard rooms are the perfect size for a family of four people, and they are themed wonderfully. And although I have never stayed in one, the suites, like the Presidential Suites, are fit for a king, much less a president. The staff is always kind, and caring as are all the staff members in WDW.

Food is plentiful, as there are two full service restaurants and one counter service restaurant. The two full service restaurants are Artist Point, which is a high end fancy shmancy place, and Whispering Canyon which is exactly the opposite. In fact there is never much whispering going on in this home style restaurant.

The pool, which is directly located on the courtyards in the rear of the lodge, is one of the most beautiful pools on property in my opinion, and I have stayed at most of the resorts. Here you will find the Trout Pass Pool Bar and Fire Rock Geyser that erupts every hour on the hour. There are also two hot tub spas for those days when you just really want to relax. Beach access is also included, but alas, no swimming allowed in Bay Lake.

Well, looking back at what I wrote, I really hope that I answered your question. Disney's Wilderness Lodge never fails to amaze.

What is the best way for 2 adults without children to see Walt Disney World at the end of Jan.?

We are going to WDW for 5 days without children and would like to eat at the best restaurants for adults and experience all WDW has to offer. Any suggestions or recommendations on where to start?
We would like it to be more of a romantic, fun trip for 2.

My last two trips to Disney were with my husband and they were the best Disney trips I've had. We love to do things that make you feel like a kid again, but also enjoy doing the adult stuff too. Here are some of our favorites..

- Magic Kingdom is my absolute favorite park and, in my opinion, the most romantic, especially at night. It's so magical that it makes it romantic (I know it sunds corny, but it's true). The fireworks are beautiful to watch with your special someone.

- Get a couples massage at the Grand Floridian Spa (or any other spa). It may be overpriced, but you're on vacation so why not splurge.

- We stayed at the French Quarter last time. Most nights we would sneak a bottle of wine to the hot tub later on when no one was in there.

- Downtown Disney. I love going there at night to shop and get dinner. Wolfgang Puck is always delicious.

- La Nouba (Downtown Disney) is Disney's Cirque du Soleil. We went once and really enjoyed it.

- Drink around the world in Epcot (Have a drink in every country).

Restaurants.. Make your reservations ASAP!

- San Angel Inn in the Mexico Pavillion (Epcot) is one of our favorite places to eat. I love the ambiance and the food. It's definitely one of the more romantic restaurants. We always plan dinner so that we can catch the Illuminations fireworks when we are done. Take the little boat ride that goes through the restaurant too.

- The Grand Floridian Cafe has very good food. One of the best meals I've had in Disney.

- We always go to Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater and Prime Time (both in Hollywood Studios). We love the fun themes.

- La Cellier Steakhouse, Canada Pavillion (Epcot) is supposed to be the best. It was booked when I tried to make reservations months ahead. Definitely try it out if you get a chance.

- Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe (MK) is a counter service restaurant, but it's a little different than the others. After you get your food, there's a room where you can eat while you watch an alligator play jazz on the piano. Very cute and fun. If you want something quick, go there.

I hope you have a great time!!
