Im looking for a natural hotspring spot or a spa that has hot spring water in their pools like Harbin Hotsprings in Calistoga, but closer to San Jose, CA.

How much do you think a 45,000 square-foot mansion with 22 bedrooms, 11 fireplaces, 11 bathroom and all the things below would cost?
