First time hot tub owner. I am trying to stay away from any chemicals. I purchased a start up kit from the The Natural Hot Tub company, which simply put uses seaweed/salt enzymes. On the side of the bottle, it recommendss to use in conjunction with chlorine or bromine. I am confused about that. Wouldn't that defeat the "all natural"approachh? Is it possible to maintain & clean a spa 100% naturally?

The micro organisms that exist in your warm, wet hot tub are completely natural. Unfortunately, you want an unnatural environment, you want a hot tub that should have a natural population, to be sterile and devoid of life.
Hopefully you'll see the paradox here and understand that 'natural' is a corporate marketing ideology that has nothing to do with nature and everything to do with your vacuum formed thermoplastic, electro-hydraulically powered artificial hot spring.
You can either go and bathe in your local lake (though try not to pollute it with your cosmetic covered body) or try and recreate nature (by your own rules) in your own home. Just understand that 'natural' in this context is about as far from nature as you can get.

How do you make your sim have a baby on the sims 2?

I have the sims 2 game and I only have the night life expansion pack. I was wondering how you get your sim to have a baby or get pregnant. Please tell me how! :)

Ok, Your sims can either be married, engaged or 'dating' whatever you wish to call it. First they must be in love. Or a 69 for the bottom relationship thingy. You have three options:
1) You have a guy sim and a girl sim relax in the same double bed. Play as either the guy or girl and click on the other sim and a pie menu will show up. I believe you have to choose cuddle... (for now let's just say you have to...). So chose cuddle and your sims will cuddle. Then click on the sim again and a pie menu will appear. They have the options, 'Kiss', 'make out', 'woohoo' and 'try for a baby' Woohoo and try for a baby are the same thing but when your sims woohoo there is no chance AT ALL for your sims to get pregnant. Click try for a baby, and wait until they are done woohooing. hen they are done woohooing you will here music that's like part of a lullaby play for a few seconds. That is your indication that your sims are pregnant.
2) (Your sims must own a hot tub/slash spa thing) Get your guy and girl sim in the hot tub/spa thing. Make sure they are sitting next to each other. Click on the other sim and the pie menu will appear. Click cuddle. Then you can choose to woohoo or try for a baby. Same thing happens if your sims get pregnant; the music plays
3) (Your sims must own a car) Get your guy and girl sim to get in the car. You can choose to woohoo, try for a baby, make out, kiss, turn on/off stereo etc... choose try for a baby. Again if your sim is pregnant the lullaby will play.
There is not a 100% chance that they will get pregnant every time. i have had to try 5+ times to get my sims pregnant before they finally got pregnant. if that happens just keep trying. Although that rarely happens to my friends and i its possible...
Once your sim girl is pregnant she will be pregnant for three days, (i think includes the day she got pregnant but i'm not 100% sure) soon her motives will go down. i suggest playing as her much much more than the guy. it will make it easier to take care of her. i remember when i had a married couple who were pregnant with their 2nd child, the mom died of hunger :( i was soooo sad, i actually started crying! i loved her sooo much!! Lol! So make sure to pay more attention to her. He can take care of himself...
