Sometimes I like to stay in there for like 45 minutes. When I do usually i stop because I'm feeling dizzy or nauseous. Is there something wrong with me?
Answer
yeah there is something wrong with you. You are staying in the shower too damn long.
Ever see the warning label on hot tubs? spas? steam rooms? or saunas? They always say if you start feeling dizzy, light-headed, or nauseous, get out and relax.
You are lucky you haven't passed out yet. There are a few things that are causing this. Despite the water that is hitting your body, you are still sweating profusely... for 45 minutes in a steamed shower. That leads to dehydration, which makes you dizzy.
Also, the heat itself causes the blood in your body to circulate rapidly, your heart rate increases, and your body temp increase RAPIDLY. Then as you get out, all of this quickly takes a sharp dip to normal, which is VERY bad, causing you to get light-headed, dizzy, and nauseous.
The body doesn't need to be in the shower for that long. If you for some reason have to do this (which would be odd), Get in for 20 minutes, then out for 5 minutes, then back in for 20. Your body will need that 5 minute break. Drink water that day to give your body a chance.

How to fix my hot tub?

Brian
When i go to turn the breaker on to my hot tub outside it will go on butafter about 5 seconds it will shut power off again and will not stay on. Would i call a spa technition or an electrition? Thank you n advance. I ask this before i go ahead as both want to be paid just to show up so. Do not want to waste money..
Answer
It could be either really.
How long have you had the tub operating free from any issues?
It could be a weak (or under rated) breaker switch, electrician.
It could be a bad jet pump going out on O/L (overload), Spa tech.
I would call the spa tech personally as the most likely situation is some part of the spa causing the circuit to trip.
Please explain all of the details to the technician before they arrive so they arrive aware of the situation and what may be required. This way you may get the most qualified technician available.
